Optima Truck Service is the first Italian network of multi-brand garages that specialize in heavy duty repair and maintenance.
OTS was set up in 2010 as a result of the experience that the two Italian subsidiaries of the group – Rhiag and Bertolotti – have in the heavy duty parts distribution.
The initial purpose was to provide a multi-brand alternative to car makers’ network, based on the wide offer of original or equivalent quality products, top-notch logistics and service expertise.
Now the network offers its service all over Italy and guarantees high expertise and professionalism thanks to staff technical and managerial training, a dedicated technical call centre, data bases and management softwares.
