{"id":8039,"date":"2017-09-15T14:56:03","date_gmt":"2017-09-15T12:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rhiag.com\/?page_id=8039\/"},"modified":"2025-10-07T12:05:49","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T10:05:49","slug":"compliance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rhiag.com\/en\/group\/governance\/compliance\/","title":{"rendered":"Compliance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkqcorp.com\/codeofethics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Code of Ethics<\/strong> <\/a>is the overarching guide to maintaining that trust, operating properly and acting with a high level of integrity at all times by following <strong>four basic principles<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be honest, fair, and trustworthy in all our LKQ activities and relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the laws and regulations governing our business.<\/li>\n<li>Treat everyone with respect and dignity.<\/li>\n<li>Promptly report any concerns about compliance with the law, LKQ policies or the Code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, in Italy, the \u201c<strong>Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo<\/strong>\u201d (\u201cOrganisation, Management and Control Model\u201d, adopted according to Legislative Decree 231\/2001) outlines the scope of operations, the recipients, the offences, the relevant penalty system and the powers and functions of the Supervisory Body.
